Interesting you ask. I have been wondering too as I have been referred a child who is missing part of her corpus collosum (the section of the brain which connects the two hemsipheres. Her mother has done a lot of remediation with her. I haven't used EMDR yet, the client is hesitant and seems to be responding to other strategies. But I wondered how I might find out about anyone else's experience in this area. I remember a presenter at Level II Training say he used it effectively with a client with Tourette's Disorder. My client has obsessive thoughts and rumination for which she came into treatment and has other qualities which make me think of Tourette's but she does not qualify diagnostically.
