Cognitive Therapy with Children

I am new to the list. My field of spec: cognitive-behavior therapy with children. I am very interested in hearing from others about their own clinical experience in doing cbm with children. In addition: which video-material (except for Bernard's tapes) is available on cognitive therapy with children. Is there any good research on the effectiveness of cbm with children (published in non-partisan journals!). Scrolling through the list my impression is that cbm with children is an undervalued topic (or too difficult?).
