    CBT and child psychotherapy
Stephen Johnson · 4/8/00 at 3:03 pm ET

    Dear group,
I have been recently introduced to cbt and am curious to find out how to adapt the model (primarily based on the monitoring and reconstruction of automatic thoughts)for children.
The age range of my client group varies from 4 upwards so I am interested in implementing a model of cbt which does not seem too over complicated for young people to follow.
Can anyone reccommend any reading on the subject or offer advice?
    Yours
