CBT and Disulfram in the Treatment of Cocaine Abuse
Jim Pretzer · 03/12/04 at 6:03 PM ET

(from a summary on Medscape) A randomized, placebo-controlled study comparing CBT, IPT, disulfram alone, CBT + disulfram, and IPT + disulfram in the treatment of cocaine dependence found that disulfram was more effective than placebo and that CBT was more effective than IPT. However, the combination of CBT and disulfram did not reduce overall cocaine use. See http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/470993 or Archives of General Psychiatry, 2004, pp. 264-272 for the details.
