Question Re:Obsessional sexual thoughts and fantacies

When you ask about obsessional sexual thoughts, do you mean obsessions as in obsessive-compulsive disorder (i.e. unwanted, anxiety-provoking sexual thoughts that intrude and the person can't get rid of them) or do you mean pleasurable sexual preoccupations that are somehow problematic for him or her?
