    Patient :
    1. is preoccupied by voice at times;

    2. is ego-dystonic, (in the sense that refers to self as having the voice as repugnant and inconsistent with own personality).

    3. perceives voice in internal space (lacks the 'solidity' of 'true' hallucination)

    4.reports 2nd person-address by voice (e.g. YOU are worthless)
