    Effective learning of Cognitive Therapy
Frank Wills · 01/08/03 at 5:21 PM ET

I am currently researching the following questions:

What factors do people think are likely to lead to trainees learning to be effective cognitive therapists?

Is there a set of attitudes and beliefs associated with successful learning and practice competence. Or conversely is there a set of attutudes and beliefs that make it difficult to learn and/or achieve competence?

I'd be grateful to hear of ideas and/or existing literature that people know about.
