Thank you very much for taking the time to pose so many thought-provoking questions. I don't think I can answer these questions without risking giving enough information to identify this patient. Our Arkansas psychology licensing board has a history of being extremely conservative about issues relating to protecting patient confidentiality. However, I have printed out the list of questions that you raised, and I will give the list to my colleague. I think your questions will likely be helpful in terms of giving my colleague some important things to assess and explore in working with her patient. Thanks again.
