    Such research wouldn't make sense because narrative plus E/R and E/R alone have more commonalities than differences. You wouldn't find a statistical difference, I think. I don't think you couldn't improve efficacy significantly. What you could improve would be therapy motivation/ less drop outs. But you would need many cases to find statistic significance. My experience is that children have a lot fun playing tricks against OCD.Besides, I am working on cognitive and metacognitive techniques (Salkovskis, Wells) for youth's OCD with much lesser emphasis on E/R.
