The info you are looking for (regarding the DAS) can be found in Measures For Clinical Practice, Volume II. The scale is relatively easy to score.
"The DAS is easily scored by using zeros for items omitted, assigning a score of 1 on a 7 point scale to the adaptive end of the scale, and simply summing up the scores on all items. With no items omitted, scores on teh DAS range from 40 to 280 with lower scores equalling more adaptive beliefs (few cognitive distortions."
