I had one other thought. Maybe when she is stressed, and has accompanying stress-feelings in her body, she misidentifies those feelings. Maybe she mislabels them as signs she is going to pee in her pants while actually they are signs of stress which she could use as a discriminative stimulus to reduce stress. But I guess- in Ellis theory- this is the unelegant solution since this is changing the A in stead of the B.
