I understand that it's difficult - really I do. Good luck with your attempts to find a therapist you can trust and have a strong, open relationship with. When you open with the next one, you may want to focus the discussion on the therapeutic relationship in general. Sometimes it's easier to start there than to go there later on.
Just some thoughts - more in general than for you specifically, I suppose. I think all of us who read this board can learn from your story - that the relationship is always #1, and we must really listen to our clients. Thank you, too.
