Dear Bro. Tech. Have you ever thought about taking the collegues that share your beliefs and leaving your current situation and starting your own business??? However, there are policies about harrasement in the workplace, but consult professional legal advice. The policies I am familar with work in this manner that you can tell the certain individual that the comments he makes etc. his behavior makes you uncomfortable or you feel that he is promoting his lifestyle etc, and if he does not have enough respect for your to stop and if he continues or escalates his behavior it does constitue harrasement. It is the same as someone looking at porn or using perverted or vulgar language in the common workplace where other personnel are subjected to the behavior. Especially that he mentions "christians" in his conversations that he may be singling you out to provoke you into destroying your testimony so that he will be the "victim" (if you catch my drift). I have been through the same situation, although not with a sodomite it was a Jehovah Witness who was provoking, instagating and "preaching" his beliefs he would single out christians and other personnel and make subtle verbal attacks to provoke a reaction then he would scream "I am the victim". After much turmoil the Company finally brought in Human Resources and had a "training seminar" for the entire workforce. So that no particular person was singled out the proper issues were addressed and the JW took the hint without being "persecuted". He has since quit his improper behavior. If all else fails, leave and find new employment elsewhere that is not promoting, deviant, immoral and sinful lifestlyes. Good Luck!!!
Mike
