Re:deliberate self-harm

Check out Marsha Linehan's Dialectical Behavior Therapy. it's highly structured but is one of the few well-researched programs out there for those with Borderline Personality Disorder. Although your under-18's aren't technically old enough to qualify for such a diagnosis, they probably are exhibiting that pattern of behavior.
