Re:Writing Effective Treatment Plans

Boy, you'd think going through grad school or getting C.E.U.'s wasn't enough for us to learn how to do our jobs. Now managed care thinks they have to teach us. Why don't they just have their secretaries come in and do our jobs for us?!?! Could this be the work of the almighty JHACO?

Seriously, have you considered the series of treatment planners by Jongsma? For the most part, I prefer to do my own creative writing (and thinking, for that matter) but Jongsma does a pretty good job of supplying canned responses.
