Migration and Mental Health

I am currently engaged in writing a research report concerned with the impact of migration on mental health, more specifically, drug and alcohol abuse among children and adolescents (12-18 years). I am aware of several large scale national surveys, but few have looked at the issue of country of origin. Any information or comments would be gratefully appreciated.
