    Choosing a Creative Arts Therapy
Deborah Green · 3/5/00 at 8:07 pm ET

I've noticed that there are many different kinds of creative arts therapies. How do you choose which therapy is right for you? Do you go for areas of interest or do you go for things that might address weak areas? Also, if a person doesn't respond well to one of the creative arts therapies, do they sometimes respond well to a different modality?
I find the idea of creative arts therapies fascinating. I'm just interesting in how they can be best used and for what populations.
