Hi I live in the U.K and to be recongised as an art therapist you have to do a Master. I understand that to do a Master in Art Therapy you need a degree in Art and one year work experience. I like to ask some questions on the training. Q1/ Q2/ Q3/ Which university is the best to gain a Master in art therapy? I'm thinking of appplying to Edinburgh Queens Margret. Q4/ Is a foundation in Art Therapy and a degree in Fine art enough to get in to a Master? Any advice and information will be great. Adam
Would it be more better to gain training if I take a year out during my training or after my degree?
Where do most art therapists gain their one year training?
