I've just discovered this website which is very exciting..and I've also benefitted from reading your books, Cathy, as I have a particular interest in medical art therapy. Thanks. As well as running groups in London, I also work in conjunction with a classical homeopath who is a medically qualified doctor (and also my husband). He refers clients to me for AT interventions and I also support his clinic when occasionally there is insufficient information to prescribe homeopathically. An art therapy assessment is usually recommended in order to elicit more information from the patients (usually children). I have written up this work on his website www.drkaplan.co.uk He also wrote up a different case study in his book. I would be interested to hear from the AT community how you view working in this way? I would also love to know if anyone out there is doing art therapy assessments in a similar/ different/ improved way?
