Hi.
For my study (art therapy) I work temporarily (1.5 year) at the psychiatric unit of a general hospital in Holland. It involves working with patients in (psychiatric) crises. The job is normally to observe and diagnose, 'cause they only stay for about three or four weeks. For treatment they exercise at a low level with things they have difficulties with.
Now, my problem is that we work with exercises. We "tell" the patients what to do in today's session. I find it difficult to think of new exercises.
Does anyone know exercises that are 'safe', 'secure', structureful, give me something to observe? etc. etc.
Please, if you know some or know literature about it, send it to me by email!!!
Monique@atoom.net or just put it on this site!!!!!!
