art therapy for stroke victims?

I'm a speech-language pathologist working with victims of stroke, traumatic brain injury, etc. as well as adults with MR - have any of you worked with these types of patients and do you have some good websites/activities to suggest? I am interested in incorporating some art therapy activities into my speech therapy sessions. Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks!
