My previous post alluded only to the kind of facility in which the elderly are housed on a more-or-less permanent basis. Like you, I dislike the ease with which such domiciles can be confused with convalescent homes that provide step-down nursing care allowing the consumer to complete the process of recovery from acute illness. Your own system sounds exemplary.
