    Hi, Dorothy.

    I am interested in hearing more detail about what you said in the third paragraph of your last post. What are the major behaviors you have noted? What has worked so far, both with difficult families and with your staff? Unfortunately, it's been a long time since I worked in an institutional setting, although I have done a number of nursing home consults in geriatric psychiatry. Maybe some of our other members can help.
