Trauma measure for children

Dear Dr. Shapiro:
For my dissertation, I will be studying the effects of EMDR with traumatized children. I would like to use van der Kolk's Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale for children. I have been unable to find any validity information. I have not had any luck finding an E-mail for Dr. van der Kolk. Would you have any information that might help me in my search?
