Thank you for your thoughts. I did as you recommended and spoke with my therapist. She explained it as an illusion. I like that analogy, it's easy to understand and appreciate. I know I have parts who seem distinct and separate, but I also know they are me. I mean I can't touch them, they're inside, they're in my head, no one else sees them, so they are like an illusion. I think I just needed someone's opinion who didn't know me--an outside opinion I guess. I just wanted to know if other people have experienced such images or if I was just "losing it". The illusion analogy makes it simple and logical to me. Again, thank you for your time and thoughts.
