    EMDR - I Have Been Abused by it

    Can anyone out there at all help me?

    I have had emdr unnecessarily because people in authority didn't listen to me. - can anyone at all maybe help me?? i.e. talk things through with me? - i'm only 17 and have made alot of mistakes in my life. Dr Shapiro what am i going to do i am scared.
