My name is Buffy, and have been undergoing EMDR for about 4 months now. It has helped me more than any other treatment I have ever tried. May i ask you what happened to make you scared? of emdr? I am 28 and have three kids, and a long list of trauma behind me, well almost anyway. This is the first time in my life when I thought there was some hope. please respond, or email me.
