PSYCHOLOGY OF CYBERSPACE

Well, being a "newbie" to this board and finding it very intriguing, I feel it is my duty to now provide evidence against the "trait" theory of personality. In the f2f world, I am the shy guy in the corner, but on the internet, be it e-mail, chat rooms, or forums, I am often very outspoken. I find it easier expressing my opinion when I know that no one else knows exactly who I am (which goes back to the anonymity thread). Granted, I am the same person online as I am offline, I am just a little more outspoken about it all.
