Sysiphus, I see your problem. There are some people out there trying to work out an undefined problem. the poor patient hasn't even defined his problem, and we have some mighty fine "solutions" based on incredible speculation. If I were you, and wanted to get rid of the boulder, I'd look for the some testable hypotheses, based as far as possible on some assessment data, even verbal. Pathologising seems to be the order of the day. Yawn.
