I am sorry that you have been harmed by therapy. I wish it was not the case and that you were not so bitter. Every quarter I receive a news letter from the Board of Behavioral Sciences which posts the names of therapists who have had there privileges removed because of malpractice. There are quite a few. Clients have reported them and they have been removed from practice as they should be. I think one way to make a difference would be to make your case before the board. What will you get out of making a case against therapy on this forum? And. . . why the Adlerian site? We don't use words like "denial." Too psychoanalytic. By the way, have you read Jeffrey Masson. A favorite of mine is "Against Therapy." It is an excellent book. Great arguments. Have you read much of Thomas Szaz. He is also very good to read and makes some stinging indictments against the profession. There are many good authors in this genre. These are just two of my favorites. They have not posted on this site that I know of but I read them elsewhere. I would prefer to read your comments elsewhere as well. Not because they offend me but because they are not what I have come to this site to read. Moderators seem to understand this. Craig
