Adlerian based rational and logical stratigies-Help

I need specifics on the following recommendaton: "Coaching of parents'management and communication skills using Adlerian based rational and logical stratiges to improve their abilities to communicate .....etc. I am working with a family in a legal realm and have this avenue to pursue within the counseling realm. Can anyone direct me to information so that I will understand this method?
