    Adlerian Theory--Psychodynamic?

    Just getting to know more about Adlerian Theory, and would like to know why many consider this school of thought to be a psychodynamic theory (*not* Freudian/psychoanalytic, just psychodynamic). Or is it really a cognitive-behavioral theory? Thanks! :-)
