ENCOURAGEMENT IN ADLERIAN THERAPY

Dr. Stein. I've enjoyed reading many of the articles on your website. It seems that encouragement is one of the pillars of adlerian therapy. 1) Are there any books which detail its use? 2) Have you ever come across other therapeutic approaches which utilize encouragement to this degree?
