Have them read Alfred Adler's "What Life Could Mean to You." Then lead a Socratic discussion of topics like "equality," "respect," "cooperation," "contribution," and "mutual benefit." You could personally read "Children: The Challenge," by Dreikurs and Soltz, and transpose the ideas to adult circumstances. You might also find it useful to read "The Achievers," by Gerald Bell. He's not technically an Adlerian, but his ideas are compatible with Adlerian philosophy, including his thinking about dealing with conflict resolution.
