From an Adlerian perspective, how can I train my corporate staff to deal effectively with conflict and power struggles in the work environment? There is a lot of information on conflict management, but not much on the psychological components that enter into power issues; which I feel is the deeper root of the issue. What area's would anyone recommend I address so that they walk out of my course with new information they can use instead of the regular information they heard through other courses?
