Question on research for a school paper

I am doing a research paper for a class for my Master's in School Counseling and do not know where to look-any ideas I would appreciate.
If this is even related. My paper is on An Adlerian approach to building self esteem.

The paper has to be on relating a theory of counseling to an intervention.
The first part of the paper is relating a theory to a clinical problem. Then supporting a position indicating that intervention based ont eh theory are effective. I need to find 5 sources of research (clincial or empirical studies in support of the position.
