I've been doing some digging myself. There are three graduate programs I've found thusfar with some interest, or at least some sensitivity, to this combination.
The Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (PsyD) has graduated a few people with this interest, though they don't directly address the subject from what I can see. See http://www.mspp.edu and The Institute for Meditation & Psychotherapy at http://www.gis.net/~pfulton.
The Fielding Institute ( http://www.fielding.edu) has more flexibility and, perhaps, a bit more interest.
Both these schools are APA-accredited.
A little further out on the edge is the California Institute for Integral Studies ( http://www.ciis.edu). They have a direct and active interest. They are not yet APA-accredited, but hope to be within two or three years.
I'm continuing my search and would be happy to hear from people directly at minding@world.std.com.
