Observing the 'inner space' whatever the impressions are at the time, colour, movement & so on until the observer becomes so absorbed that without knowing when, the observer dissolves. The mind usually has become very quiet to reach that sublime state but other circumstances can bring this about sometimes. We drop in & out of trance all the time in our everyday lives so it as much about gently bringing awareness back to being aware & yet noting the key bits of mind stuff floating through that may seem fragmented but surprisingly sometimes burst into a realisation. So keep polishing the illusory mirror.
