Dear Dr. Spira,My apologies for the poor navigational design of my site! Possibly you only saw the first of three pages of abstracts, •Physical and Stress-Reducing effects of Meditation, Biofeedback and Relaxation Response. You will find more entries concerning mindfulness techniques and meditation on the other two, •Relaxation Techniques, General Theory, and •East-West Issues in Psychology, the former containing the abstract for the Teasdale, Segal and Williams (1995) paper.Of course, studies are still scarce (especially ones specifically claiming use of "Zen meditation,") but I am looking forward to seeing progress through the "uncloseting" of practitioners and discussions such as those posted on BOL!I will be adding 1997 abstracts soon, from PsychInfo and Medline. If anyone knows about another source for abstracts, please pass the info along.
