    "15 minutes of meditation a day is such low extent that it is extremely unlikely to overboost the practitioner's serotonin level, regardless of the individual hormonic makeup of the practitioner. If you want to go for absolute safety, don't exceed this limit."

    THIS STATEMENT IS SIMPLY BIZAARE.

    I and millions of others have done many hours a day of meditation for years on end. Never have I even HEARD of someone experiencing serotonin syndrome. Where do such bizaare ideas come from?
