    Meditation benefits for emotional wounds
    T.A.S. · 10/04/03 at 3:19 PM ET

Just found this excellent website and forums.

I was reading an interesting thread comparing the results of meditation to EMDR. I am currently receiving the latter to help rid disproportionate over-emotional response to an common, but painful, emotional event.

How beneficial would meditation be for me to further my healing?

    With thanks,

    T.A.S.
