Zen Bodhi training

Hi Jim,
I hope this is the right place to contact you....I attended your 200 hour training in Jemez Springs, Nm. in 1988 at Zen Bodhi. I am needing a copy of my certificate of attendance as I am attempting to get licensed as a massage therapist in the state of Nevada and need those hours as part of my licensure.
