Anyone seriously embracing a meditation practice will inevitably experience a great deal of anxiety, even psychosis for brief moments! When one is fully dedicated to embassing the sensations around them, one must be willing to suspend all one's personal "noise" (including one's self-image, self-awareness, fears, hopes, joys, tendency to lable, react to . . . etc.). This is tantamount to self-death. But like a phoenix, what arises from the ashes is a fresh, clean self. GOOD LUCK!
