Best therapy to compliment meditation?

I would vote for Richard Schwartz's Internal Family Systems therapy. See Schwartz, R.C.(1995). Internal family systems therapy. New York: Guilford. Available in paperback. Worth ordering even if you've never heard of it. It is the cutting edge.
