I have just started a PsychD in Counselling Psychology at Surrey University, England. In the coming years I will be doing three, interconnected, research projects:- a literature revue, a quantitative study and a qualitative study. Right now I'm thinking of focusing on the application of meditation in counselling, and am still very much in the initial, exploratory stages. Is anyone out there able to give me a few leads on: 1) research work to date; 2) suitable psychological frameworks from which to approach research work; 3) interesting areas for research?
I'd really appreciate anything you can give me (my e-mail address is dominic_addison@hotmail.com) . Thanks,
Dom.
