I have enjoyed learning about Kabbalah Meditation as recorded by Rabbi David A. Cooper 1995. They are produced by Sounds True Audio, 735 Walnut Street, Boulder, CO 80302. These are classic meditations for all spiritual seekers. "Judaism's ancient system for mystical explortion through meditation and contemplation."

I use meditation in multiple family therapy groups.
