Criteria for graduates of training institutes?

I'm a student of the Gestalt Institute of the Berkshires who has just completed a 2 year training program. As this Institute is fairly new and a more solid foundation in process of being laid, our training group has begun reflecting on what sort of criteria students should be expected to meet to qualify for graduation from the program. I thought that, rather than reinvent the wheel, it might be instructive to ask what sorts of criteria other training institutes have been using, how these criteria are operationalized and assessed. Any ideas? I would be appreciative of any and all responses. Thanks!
