Gestalt and Learning Difficulties - any help?

A collegue of mine (who is not connected to the internet) is interested in any information regarding working with Gestalt and people with learning difficulties (otherwise known as learning disabilities or mental retardation).

If anyone can let me know their personal experiences or if anyone has any idea of references I would really appreciate it.
