"some number boy" you say.... well, i just started studying business administration, cause before i studied for 6 years and graduated as a psychologist...
i understand that you're trying to show the disagreement between some gestalt therapists in regard to the mix of gestalt therapy and many other things...
i never studied in some institute of gestalt, but i was interested in learning about about the approach for two years (yeah, while studying psychology)... i know is not a lot of time, but is enough to "get a taste" of what is gestalt therapy in comparision with other approaches... and one thing that i heard many times about gestalt is that it is not only a therapy, it is a philosophy... and certainly it is, with it's set of beliefs about human behavior regulation and ethics (organismic moral, as discussed in this forum)
... so why not try to extrapolate this extremely valuable knowledge and influence other disciplines? Gestalt therapy can be an excellent source of insights in regard to human behavior; psychologist should not only stay in their offices watching how this world turns more messy every day... they should go out and try to apply their knowledge in the practical life, relating it to every thing that affects human existence...
gestalt therapy can offer a basis of knowledge that can epistemologically guide the practice of business disciplines: they are so related to human behavior and his quality of life, that we can't just waiste such understanding.
