Actually the network models are entirely consistent with human consciousness and are probably adequate to supply whatever your fantasies may demand.

As to the physicists, they have my high regards but they, like all of us, have a choice as to what they imagine beyond the boundaries of what we know.

I and one-third of my fellows see no need for a creator, another one-third of my conspecifics cannot function without one.
